Remote Acccess works on mobile browser but not in the mobile app

I have the plex media server installed on a OMV box. I have everything configured in the router (port forwarding) and the server is fully accessible outside the network. The thing is I can stream from the browser of my phone (S23 Ultra) but the app sees the server offline.

Anybody knows anything?

I have exactly the same with the iOS app. Local and/or via the browser works fine. Remote via the iOS app keeps loading. However, I can get into my library, it’s just that playing videos keeps loading. Had this problem last month too, then suddenly it worked again and now, again, it doesn’t.
