Can you stop all scanning / playback for a moment and Optimize the database?
Also, in Settings - Server - Scheduled Tasks - Make sure database optimization is enabled? Your database is terribly slow. (fragmented)

I see where PMS is talking fine. What I see the most of is PMS not being able to communicate between the modules because of the DB.
I thought so, but suddenly thought that maybe there was a “restart” button akin to soft-resetting your phone (as opposed to switching it off and on again).
I had a similar problem where Plex would obtain the wrong IP address on my QNAP. It turns out that it was conflicting with my docker container. If I disable my docker container, Plex would be able to get the correct IP address. It looked like the docker container added some network configuration to my adapter 1 (VPN related I believe)
