Remote access always disables even though port forwarding is setup

I have had no end of trouble to get remote access to work and it still auto disables.

my friend who works for the south Australian parliament in there network team setup the port forwarding to the default port 32400 in my router set the same ip for all devices necessary.

Still this bloody plex automatically disables itself I’m getting at the end of my tether and with no real solution in sight as the basic guide are useless. I, am unable to view my media outside of my home network.
