What is the prime reason “Remote Access” disappear?
Once a week I have to disable the Remote Access and then enable it again.
Your router most likely removes the automatically established portforwarding after a few days.
See if a simple stop and restart of PMS can also restore remote access.
If it does, it confirms my above suspicion.

I’ve always been using manual port forwarding.
All local IP are static.
