Also, something else that happens. I can stream a movie of mine on my iPhone from work while watching the Plex Remote access page saying it’s OFF. But it’s streaming.
Other times, it will indeed not stream. There is no regularity to it.
Okay, yes, I’m posting too much.
But while I have you. My server’s LAN IP is 192.168.1.44 and I think that’s what it used to say here:
In your logs, I see several internet disconnects.

How’s the QNAP connected to the Internet ?
QNAP is wired to router
This isn’t right.
What is at 192.168.1.1.
I can clearly see your NAS is 192.168.1.44
I have router going to main switch going to basement switch that goes to a mac server and the QNAP. So both Mac server and QNAP get the same wired connection. and the mac server is always on.
Trace it from the ISP please?
ISP router → Main Switch → QNAP ?
192.168.1.1 is my router. It should be sending out that IP to be available.
I’ve tried to find stuff about this on the net but the only forums talking about it are Reddit and they all blacked out these days.
Silly question (please forgive)
ISP router + your own router ?
MY router (ASUS ZenWifi AX Mesh) → Main Switch → Second Switch → QNAP
Is there an ISP router involved anywhere in the chain the the internet?
I have my router. Only using ISP’s modem.
Modem in transparent bridge mode or is it also routing ?
I’ve asked them not to have it route. But I’ve had it for a year now.
Yeah my Private IP used to be 192.168.1.44
So this might be the root of the whole problem.
And by root I mean, something else is doing this of course.
Does this set itself up automatically or can we manually change it?
What is in Docker with hard IP address 192.168.1.1 ??

In most 192.168.1.x LANs, 192.168.1.1 is the modem/router to the internet
The only docker that I created was to try and have an Uptime Kuma running. I got bored with it and never touched it again. But that docker was running on the QNAP too.
Yes that’s what 192.168.1.1 is. It’s my router’s IP
I have no other IP mismatches problems on my network. I mean, everything works fine and I’m running all kinds of things… and I always have.
