@Chritipa, Thanks for providing this info. I just checked my server to confirm that the port forwarding is working as expected. It appears to be. I’ve blotted out my IP address, for obvious reasons. I agree with you that there is a problem with Plex’s Remote Access. This appears to add additional evidence that it may not be exclusive user error or a user device configuration issue.
