So I’m trying to get that Remote Access working but it currently says “not available outside your network”. When I hit “Retry” in the port section, it’ll connect for a few seconds or even minutes and then disconnect again. I’m not that techy so I’m finding the troubleshooting on the troubleshooting page difficult. I’d really appreciate some assistance on this.
