Remote Access is broken

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349
Player Version#: 4.113.2
Remote access stopped being accessible over a month ago now. Can view files locally just fine.

Server is assigned a static IP in router settings, and manual port forwarding is enabled

Server version has been updated once since error first happened, but update did not fix the issue.

Weird part is that when I first go into remote access settings, it will say that it’s fully accessible, then after about 5 seconds it updates to not available. If I hit retry it will again say accessible, wait 5, and go back to not available.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the media server, did not help.

Plex is „optimistically“ displaying the remote access status as available while it’s testing the status. That seems to be causing a lot of confusion… long story short: if the status indicator keeps switching from green to red after a few seconds you should assume it wasn’t working to begin with.
