I’m trying to access my Plex Media Server from outside my network. Even though Remote Access is enabled, I cannot access.
Attached is the message I get.

I’m not going to be a ton of help here because I’m not well versed in networking tech. However, I do know that you have to make sure you’ve configured your router correctly. The two options are to either make sure that UPnP is activated OR open port 32400 and make sure you select the “Manually specify public port” option. There is a link at the bottom of your screenshot for detailed instructions that you’ll need to read for more detailed information. In my situation, I also found that giving my server a static internal IP address also helped with some of the issues I had at one point.
