Remote access issue

Player Version#: Plex Web 4.54.5

When I am outside, I cannot access my Plex media server via web apps (Safari). However, if I am at home, it is OK. Accessing via Plex app is without this issue. Some change to the Plex media server reconfigurations?

I have IPsec tunnel to my home networks and there is a router in the middle between my iMac and my Plex media sever.

It was OK before.
