Have you verified if the port forwards are properly working? Sometimes the remote access status indicator can be off or briefly displaying it’s alright while it’s still checking the server’s remote availability… Edit: is the remote access issue specific to your Android or do you experience the same on different players (e.g. using Plex in a browser on your phone)?
