Remote access issues with YouFibre and Eero 6

Hi, I now have FTTP from a supplier called YouFibre in the UK. This service comes with the eero 6 router and ever since having this service I cannot keep a remote connection active in plex server for more than 5 seconds. Now I did a bit of investigating and it appears YouFibre use CGNAT and so I assume this was my problem. I now have bought a static ip4 address with YouFibre and setup port forwarding in the eero router to plex etc. I still however get the same issue where remote access connects successfully for about 5 seconds and then disconnects. I am pulling my hair out now and hope I may get some help from anyone on here.
