Remote Access issues

Sorry, I don’t have a solution, but I’m also having no luck with a remote connection for the last few days.

Tried manually port forwarding with no luck.

Windows 10
PMS 1.32.6.7371 (was on the last public release prior to trying the beta today)

Did you already have a look at the related troubleshooting support article?

https://support.plex.tv/articles/200931138-troubleshooting-remote-access/

There’s also a guide with some more details on how to troubleshoot remote access issues… if you cannot get it to work, we’ll need some more details on the outcome of the individual checks.

I’ve tried every step in the support article.

-UPnP is enabled and is showing the IP address of the Plex server with external port: 25607 & internal port: 32400, should they differ?

-Port forward enabled 25607 external & 32400 internal tcp.

-IP adress reserved

-Port 25607 could not be seen on Canyouseeme.org (no route to host)

-Manually specify port 25607

-IP address matches, no Double-NAT

Don’t mix UPnP and manual port forwards.
Create the manual forward and verify if that’s accessible from outside your home network. If it’s done correctly but not accessible, the issue is most likely somewhere on the side of your ISP, e.g. them blocking certain ports, no routable IPv4 address… in that case you might contact them to verify (a) if that’s the case and (b) if they’re able/willing to change that for you.

So I booted into my old Windows PMS (dual boot) and I used the exact same Host addresses & router settings, UPnP enabled, port forward 32000 external & 32400 TCP internal 192.168.0.233 and port 32000 specified in plex… and it just worked. The router does not seem to be the problem, it must be something wrong with either Linux or Docker.
