Newly installed Plex on a Synology NAS. Server is connected, but the remote access keeps dropping after a minute or two.
Incoming Fiber goes to Nokia Router, port is fwd to a dedicated IP that is on my Unifi Console.
When I turn on remote access in Plex server it initially sees nothing, then if I use the “manually” add port it connects full green and then a minute later it breaks off.
Please advise best way to troubleshoot, thanks very muc
