When I initiate a watch together session by clicking the three dots icon on a show in the home screen, choosing watch together, and selecting a watch partner, remote access becomes unavailable a few seconds later. On the remote access page of the settings area, the server shows as unavailable outside the network. Pressing the retry button makes it accessible again, but the existing watch together session is not visible to the watch partner, and creating a new one makes the server unavailable again.
This problem persists when windows firewall is switched off. I have no other firewall. Port forwarding is set up in the router. The IP address matches the address of the computer running the server. The port matches. I have tried reinstalling Plex server from nothing. Plex server is up to date. I am using only my own gateway and not an ISP gateway, and I have checked for a double NAT using tracert.
