Server is unreachable when using watch together

Server Version#: Windows 4.87.2
Player Version#: Chrome 4.92.0. Also tried on Roku

I’m unable to have anyone connect to a watch together session. I’ve tried both externally and with another PC on the same network. I am able to enable remote access and successfully access and stream content but the watch together session continues to say that the server is unreachable.

I have an TP-Link AX1800 router. I’ve tried disabling all the firewalls on the server machine. I’ve tried setting DMZ on the server’s IP. I’ve tried logging out and back in again and rebooting the server. Not sure what else the problem could be.

Any help?

Of course, the one thing I didn’t try was rebooting my PC and that fixed it.
