I’m not sure what’s going on with my plex, it has been working fine, then today I noticed that even though it said that it was fully accessible outside my network, the “Plex-Private-Internet” that shows with the advanced settings on remote access all had red X’s. I tried resetting plex, uninstalling plex, rolling the version back.
I have my port forwarding setup and it hasn’t ever given me any problems. I open plex and it hangs and won’t load, when I try to click sign in it also hangs and says plex can’t be reached. I can’t even go to plex.tv, it just hangs and won’t load. I’m not sure if there is something wrong with my install, or if there is something wrong with the actual plex site that is causing my problems right now. I know this is a lot of rambling probably, but I’m not sure where to even start to try and troubleshoot further.
Any help would be great.
