Remote Access no longer available

PLEASE allow me to start by apologizing - I am not very computer savvy.

Everything was working flawlessly in October and now I cannot access my Plex server remotely. What happened?

I have a Netgear R9000 - my “server” is an HP desktop with WD external drives attached. NOTHING has changed, except a Plex server update and I’m regretting it now.

Reboot router, reboot server? Sounds stupid but it’s solved most of the mysterious remote access problems I’ve had.

Otherwise, what does canyouseeme.org say?

I think this might be a larger issue. I’m on another thread about it on here…

Yeah, just had to set the port manually. All set now
