I just installed a server update from Plex and now my remote access is no longer available. I tried messing with my router settings but it isn’t working. I never had to “Manually specify a public port” previously.
Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue here. I have used Plex for years and this has never happened. No changes were made to my system prior to this happening.
Same here. I even tried to manually port forward my router and it still gives the same error.
Not sure if you’re still experiencing this issue.
I was able to get it working by accessing the remote access page from a computer that is not running Plex server.
