Getting word from all my users that my Plex server is down. I try to connect and can’t connect either. I vnc/connect to my home computer and log into Plex settings and see remotr access is broken. And I had JUST updated to PMS 1.7.5.4035 today. In all the years of using Plex, I’ve never had remote access not working. I know it’s not my router or network setup, as all other protocols that rely on open ports, such as vnc, ssh, sftp, etc are all working; and yes, I made sure 32400 is open, it is. I even tried manually setting it to other open ports and still can’t get remote access to work. It is clearly due to the recent update. Can I downgrade somehow? I’d like to get it fixed asap and then I probably be more hesitant to upgrade going forward. Thank you.
I’m experiencing this same issue.
I was able to resolve this by disabling secure connections and always allowing insecure connections.

I tried this but did not make any difference.
If you have previous versions you can just uninstall the current one and install the older one.
After not working all day yesterday and today, it all of a sudden started working again. Didn’t do anything and remotr access now works. Very weird. A search of the forums shows others have had this issue. I wonder what causes it so I know how I can try to avoid in the future.
Weird, i don’t have any issues. I got Death Note running off my phones data plan. The only time, i have issues with connecting would’ve to be at my work. Then i get errors. I did get a update like 2 days after installing my last. Plex server update, i dont have any real big concerns though. If I see anything. I’ll post on it.
