There are two other forum threads with recent issues to do with wifi on BT Homehub - as yet not understood and my thoughts are that it sounds like a recent BT Homehub change

I have 3 Samsung TV’s running the above version of the app and all three have just stopped connecting to my server.
All the tv’s report The server is currently not available.
I can connect to plex via phones and iPads but my TV’s wont connect.
So far I have tried:-
Rebooting my Plex server (windows 10 machine)
Removing and reinstalling the app on my TV’s (appears to connect to Plex service but not my server)

I have a strange issue with Plex at the moment. I’ve had no issues for really, and I know it was working last wednesday - 10th of October as I used it.
Setup is a a windows 10 PC, connected to a wired network. Remote access is working, and the ocal PC can connect to servername:32400, x.x.x.x:32400, 127.0.0.1:32400 and localhost:32400, I can also connect to all of the above via other computers on the wired network.
