Remote Access Not Available outside your Network - Already Set up Port Forwarding, No Luck!

What’s happening: Plex was able to connect remotely for years just fine. Now it’s not able to and limiting the quality of the videos outside my network. I’ve tried port forwarding after setting up a stating IP address for both my router and my server.
I’m not sure exactly what happened or when it happened to cause this but I have a theory about it potentially being attributed to wifi extenders that frontier installed by eero. This could be a router, I’m not positive. However, I have set up the router/extender to a static ip and port forwarded it as well.

My plex server suddenly in the same posiiton, no remote access, but been fine for years, port forwarding setup, it says it can be accessed externally but can’t access it externally

ISPs may also change policies regarding Carrier-Grade-NAT on existing accounts.
You might wanna enquire with your ISP.

It is strange as I have 3 ISP’s and I’m having the same issue with all of them

I have two ISPs and its the same, ended up going back to an older version of plex and now had remote access back for over 24 hours.
