Remote access not available

I have followed all support tips given, even shutting off my VPN and porting to 32400 and still doesn’t work. The whole point of me joining Plex was for the remote access.

Majority of the time when things aren’t working correctly it’s due to user error vs the client :slight_smile:

It might be helpful to provide more info on your network setup, your server setup, etc..

Have you been able to access the server remotely prior to this? When you check remote access via PMS does it show that it’s " Fully accessible outside your network", see screenshot:

There are several complaints on this issue. Many from those more tech savvy then me. It will work only for a few seconds then stop.

Have you tried to “Manually specify the public port” to 32400 (see my original screenshot). I had a similar issue a while back (mine would drop out every hour or so). Once I checked off and added in the manual port on PMS, it did the trick and haven’t had any issues since.
