Have you tried to “Manually specify the public port” to 32400 (see my original screenshot). I had a similar issue a while back (mine would drop out every hour or so). Once I checked off and added in the manual port on PMS, it did the trick and haven’t had any issues since.

Same issue here. I have been using Plex Media Server for many years, and never had this issue before. When using canyouseeme.org I can see other services from my network, but not Plex on 32400 TCP. Bottom line, my other forward rules are working just fine, and Plex used to work just fine until sometime during spring time. Plex switches to indirect connection. If I disable the Relay feature, no connection is possible at all. Plex is running on Ubuntu 18.04 with UFW disabled. What has changed o…
