Just updated to Version 1.23.6.4881 on two different servers at different locations. Neither is registering Remote Access. Anyone else with this issue?
Yep, just did the update and remote access quit working. I haven’t changed anything else other than to do the update. Tried restarting the server and that didn’t help.
The problem seems to have all. I have now uninstalled the new version and installed an old one from 3 weeks ago and it does not work either…think there is something wrong with plex.tv to authenticate

Server is showing ‘Not available outside your network’ but I can still connect connect and play media from my phone. I can also connect to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/ which also says ‘Not available outside your network’ and play media. Not sure why server is saying ‘Not available outside your network’ when in fact it really is.
Tautulli is also reporting ‘The Plex Media Server remote access is down. 07-29-2021 @ 11:59 am’
yes it switches back and forth every now and then…I now also had some who have managed to connect but the majority writes they do not get on it…es seems to have some kind of loose contact…some manage to autentify and others do not

However, despite saying “Not available outside your network”, it does seem to be accessible for me.
I’m seeing the “not available” message like others.
Looks like the status page is incorrect.

Log files show the address & port as successfully published (Look in
Plex Media Server.logfor lines withMyPlex:).

try disabling secure connections under the network tab, try re-enabling remote.
I just did this on mine. wouldn’t stay connected to remote for more than 1 minute. disabled secure connections. remote started working again, then i set the secure connections back to preferred. seems to be working ok now.
This issue seems to be resolved as everything is back to normal here,… thanks @FordGuy61
Just updated to this version on ASUSTOR and now I can’t access the server at all. It appears to have done something to the port forwarding. Any advice?
