Remote Access Not Available

I have Plex server installed in two places, one on my Windows 10 PC and another on a Synology NAS. I’m trying to copy media files from my PC to the NAS to migrate Plex to the NAS. When I upgrade the Plex server at both locations the PC comes back up (after I stop and restart the service) with remote access available but the NAS always shows remote access is not available. I’ve tried stopping and restarting the Plex package but that doesn’t help. I have restarted the NAS but that didn’t help either. It appears that the remote access works (accessing from smart phone with WiFi disabled so using Cellular data) but NAS server settings show remote access not available.
