Server Version#: 1.24.1.4931
A couple of months ago I set up a FreeNAS server so I could watch my media without having my main computer on. I gave my friends access to the server as well, but they noticed that the quality was not in 1080. I know the file is 1080 and when I watch on the local network I am able to watch in 1080.
I currently have AT&T fiber, which I use their modem (bgw210-700) connected to my Nighthawk Router, (R6900P). I have gone into the Nighthawk and assigned Static IPs to most of the devices on my network via DHCP. This is including my server and the Plex Service Itself that runs on it. I found this page and have tried quite a few things from it. I manually set up Port Forwarding on my Router and Plex Server. I have also thought about the Double-NAT issue, since the modem I have to use from AT&T is also a Router. I have placed the modem in bridge mode based on the instructions found here. I know that my server is still having issues because of no 1080 off-network and I do get this under Remote Access:

If I click retry, it says it’s available until the next time I sign in and look at the settings. I am not running any “advanced” firewalls, such as pfSense, so I don’t think any IPs are being blocked. At this point, I have run out of ideas. Any thoughts?
