Hello, i’m running my Plex Server on my laptop and when i’m outside of my network it says that i can’t have higher video quality than 360p because the server is not avaible outside of my network. I don’t know what’s the issue since i’m not running vpn on my laptop.
If remote access is not set up and working then it will use relay which is limited to 1mbps for regular accounts and 2mbps for Plex Pass users as a a way to get you some sort of access.
To help out would need to know some info about your network like ISP, Type of modem/router, if you tried port forwarding or are you just using router’s UPnP etc
That means there is a way to view with higher quality.
Please, Could you explain us how to get it?
