I was until very recently able to access my Plex server remotely. Initially it gave me a secure connection error, so I disabled Secure Connection Required. After this, the server shows up as unavailable. I’ve tried the steps on the troubleshooting page and read some forum posts but with no luck. I have Xfinity xFi and set up a static IP and port forwarding through the router settings to 32400. On https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ , the port shows up as open, and this is what my remote access page shows.
