Remote Access not working for Mobile App

Hi

As you can see from the attached video, the Mobile app doesn’t seem to work when not on my local network, yet plex web does. Am I doing something wrong or is it a problem with the App?

You’re not the only one. Quite a few topics on this already and I haven’t seen anything from Plex on the issue.
