Remote Access Not Working Suddenly

Hi. My remote server access stopped working yesterday morning. No when I enable remote access it may briefly turn on, but quickly turns off and will not stay enabled. I have tried some things I’ve seen on here, but must admit I’m not super tech competent.
Is this just a problem with the new server upgrade? I’m guess I just need to wait until it is fixed by Plex?

Can you confirm it’s actually not working when accessing Plex from outside your home network (e.g. using a mobile app with its WIFI disabled)?
The remote access status indicator has a history of occasionally being “out of sync”, showing remote access as off/disabled while it’s actually working…

Yes. I’ve tried it multiple times. On mobile data it will not work at all, but as soon as I go on my home wi-fi it works fine. I tried to set the port at 32400 and that did not change anything that I could see (assuming I tried it correctly).

How did you setup remote access for Plex… does your router support UPnP (allowing servers to automatically expose themselves) or do you have a manual port forward on your router?
Can you access port 32400 or the port specified in your manual port forward on the public IP address (WAN address) of your router from outside your home network (e.g. using a service such as canyouseeme.org)?

I checked my server and UPnP is showing enabled. I disabled and enabled UPnP to see if that made a difference and nothing. I then set up port forwarding to 32400 and that also did not change anything.

Sorry I also checked port 32400 on canyouseeme and it shows success.

If you want Plex to use a dedicated port forward, make sure you also configure that in Settings > Server > Remote Access!!

Tried that as well with no change. It enables for about 2 seconds then disables again.
