I’m trying to set up remote access with my Plex media server on a Windows PC. I am using a Grandstream router. I am unable to set up the port forwarding in my router settings. The router and the interface field are required fields but there are no options to select from so I am unable to process the port forwarding settings.
I‘m not familiar with their products.
From reading their support page, it appears you’re using GDMS, their platform to manage GrandStream network equipment.
With no router listed… do you have your router setup in this GDMS instance?
The empty dropdowns imply, there’s some missing configuration/setup (similar to running Plex Web without your server linked to your account).
