Remote access not working

Hello, I’ve been running plex media server for about a year and everything worked fine. but for the past 2-3 days the plex remote access is not working. I am able to access media properly in home network, but remote access seems to be broken on its own. I tried everything from clearing app data folder to reinstalling server but it is still broken.
Here are my setup’s details:

  • PMS Ver : 1.23.3.4707 configured to listen to manual port 32400
  • Server : OpenMediaVault5 Docker on Raspberry pi 4
  • ISP : Airtel India - Not using their modem
  • Router: Two Router, One provided by Airtel and TP- Link Deco M5 connected to it configured with a DHCP reservation for the NAS, uPNP is enabled, configured to forward port 32400 to the NAS IP address too, IPv6 is enabled.

I’m ready to answer any and all questions to get to the bottom on this. What screenshots or logs would be most helpful?

I’m having the same issue too and I no longer have the option to add a server.

Basic questions first:
Can you access your router‘s public IP address via tcp/32400 from outside your home network (e.g. using a service such as canyouseeme.org)?
This can help determining if the issue is between ISP and router (including both endpoints) or your router and the PMS (including both endpoints)

Did you already take a look at the remote access troubleshooting?

@Pylus : unless you have the exact same setup, a simple „me too“ post won’t cut it. It might be easier to track the issue in your setup Inna separate thread.
