Remote access is enabled, but server cannot be accessed remotely

Currently running the latest version of plex off a raspberry pi, running raspbian. Has been my dedicated server for about a month now.

I had an issue with my databases and did a clean install, following the instructions on the plex site, now it cannot be accessed remotely, the dashboard will not even display stats when not connected to the local network. I have forwaded the ports within my router, set it manually within the plex app and am unsure of what to do next
