Remote Access has stopped working, I can access okay within my network using internal IP 192.168.1.x - but if I use plex.tv doesn’t work, nor does it work in the iOS app or via Plex app on firestick.
When accessing settings on the internal IP it says it’s working, but in the app externally library is greyed out. Will attach debug logs.

Have not seen any details, but there’s a problem with remote access right now. Might be affecting other systems.
Does this also apply to the library access of friends/family?
My remote access flips on and off at random and im getting messages of people not being able to access my content through their plex app.
Everything is back to normal for me. I’ve a friend streaming from my server right now.
Whatever is happening with your server is probably different.
Try a quick “network reboot”:
If that does not help, then open a thread on the forum and include a set of debug level server log files that covers the time when remote access fails.
Will do that cause the remote access problem is still active for me. Remote access fails in like 2-3 seconds.
The streaming i cant check as everyone is asleep.

Remote access now works okay now via the Plex app on firestick.
But via the web browser library has yellow exclamations and inaccessible. Is this certificate related? If so how can I resolve please?
