I can hit the plex server using curl from remote systems. (SSL Cert common name is: *.41adcba3394340a2a2c77a26677a0049.plex.direct)

On the clients, there is the error about secure connections. It looks like to me that SSL is being served by plex (I can curl and get SSL).

What else to try?

In checking Plex Media Server.log, I figured out that the domain is your ipv4 address with dashes instead of dots (and the plex.direct common name from the URL).

Changing my server access URL to this in Settings/Network let me pass the Remote Access Check

The App seems to work on my phone (I haven’t checked other places yet), but webapp from my phone says my plex isn’t claimed?
