I am trying to a share my libraries and I’m not having success. I just purchased Plex Pass which I believe is a requirement. If I sign into the remote person’s plex with my account that I log into my plex server with, it work fine but if I log into the remote person’s plex with their own plex account they receive “Not Authorized. You do not have access to this server” message. With this it tells me that all firewall, network traffic, etc seems to work but this is a permission issue.
I have triple checked that the remote person has access to my libraries under “Manage Library Access” on my plex server.
Does anyone have any suggestions I can try?
