Latest update, still the same issue with remote crashing, been using 1944 flawlessly no remote play issues, decided to upgrade to 1.18.2.2029, now onto version 2041 ,remote play still crashes Plex, uninstalled and re installed same issue, I rolled back to 1944, no issues. Again I state version 1944, has 0 issues no crashing but everything after crashes remote play, not sure what they changed in the code.Plex Media Server Logs_2019-11-20_17-57-35.zip (4.9 MB)
hello I had the same issue. I uninstalled plex and then went back in the plex update folder and reinstalled a version from a date that I know that plex was working. I using version 1.17.0.1709.

Hey there, you need to disable the 2nd video card driver in your computer, in device manager there should only be 1. That will fix your issue, I fixed mine last night and Im at version 2111
