Server Version#: 1.20.0.3181
Player Version#: 4.34.3 (Plex Web)
Hi.
I have searched for information but have not found anything that looks exactly like my problem.
My problem is that even though everything seems to be working fine, I think something is wrong with remote access to my Qnap.
Where’s my PMS? On a QNAP NAS.
Do I have the latest version available for this equipment? Yes.
How am I accessing my PMS?
By my local-ip, https://app.plex.tv and by https://plex.my-own-domain.com
My domain has a valid Letsencrypt SSL certificate.
I currently access my domain through a reverse proxy: Traefik.
Router port 443 reaches Traefik and it redirects all connections to 32400.
Sometimes it is like this.
Sometimes it is like this.
I don’t know where the problem is and why it fluctuates so much…
Currently I have access to plex from these modes:
- LAN http
- Android App Local Wifi
- Android Plex App 4G Remote Access
- Ipad Plex App 4G Remote Access (at first I could not have access but after touching “I don’t know what” I did get access from the outside.
- My own domain by accessing from the web.
But sometimes this fails. The system indicates that you do not have access to the server or that you can only access in an insecure way.
- LAN https (sometimes there is no access to the server)
- https://app.plex.tv (sometimes there is no access to the server)
All this has happened since I installed Traefik, closed port 32400 of my router and transferred the traffic through port 443. (Traefik redirects it)
If you need logs, tell me how I send them to you and what information should I get so as not to issue confidential information.
Greetings and thank you.
PS: If you allow me, I will expressly quote @ChuckPa who I think will know how to attack the problem quickly by being a Qnap user.
