Well, that is a good start. If remote access is still not working, then something else is going on. Personally I always specify the IP address and port even though you shouldn’t have to if you aren’t doing something special. :person_shrugging:

I use my plex server remotely on a regular. I’ve never had to specify the ip of the server on my roku (using the plex app) or anything like that.

Do Team Members monitor this board?

I can connect to the server remotely via external IP.

When I try to connect from plex.tv I get the following message: “app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “” securely”.

I would really like to get this resolved.
