Remote access outside my network

Server Version#: 1.18.7.2438
Player Version#:

I’m trying to enable remote access outside my network but whenever I click “retry” in the remote access screen, it just completely disables remote access, forcing me to reenable it on my server itself.

When you click Retry, it will undo what it has attempted.
It will cycle OFF and than ON again (as if fresh).

I don’t understand what you mean by

forcing me to reenable it on my server itself.

Would you elaborate?

I understand it will turn off then on, but it only does the turn off part, which I then have to manually click enable remote access again on my server.

I will try to experiment with the other units I have here. (I own a couple) and see what I can come up with.

What can you tell me about your host environment?

Distribution and version?
Modem make & model?

Dell PowerEdge R310 running CentOS 7 using an xFinity modem
(Advanced security features is off)

Actually I got it fixed, I disable setting my own public port and it worked. I think it’s because I let the 32400 port through my firewall after setting the custom port setting.
