Remote Access/Play Abysmal Since Plex Went Paid

Hey Plex Fam,
I have been continuing to try to use the remote access and paying per month and I have nothing but errors. Constant playback restarts in the middle of watching, errors that say I need to shut the app down and restart it and general playback errors. I have good connectivity but the service that im paying for is awful, before you went to a paid I did not experience this magnitude of errors, it generally makes the remote service frustrating and unusable. I would like if the service that I pay for was functional, what does Plex suggest?
