Remote access problem

Dear BigWheel,

I got problem on remote access. It is many years that PLEX server works perfectly, but now I got this problem: I got a firewall (sophos) and I opened the port 32402, when I confirm the port the internet connection is ok for few seconds (4/5), after that come back to internet unavailable. I’ve tried many things but nothings.

Can you help me?

Your server shows remote access is enabled and is using port 32401 so make sure that is open in fire wall.
