I am running Plex version 1.13.2.5154 on a Windows 10 computer going couple years now without issue, prior was a Window 7, 3yrs, no issues. Yesterday or today my remote access for outside my network quit working. It will connect for a second, everything green then Public goes red. I never did anything special except turn it on to make it work. After it stopped today I tried all the things I could think of: port forwarding, rebooting/resetting everything, and performing a factory reset on my router and reinstalling my Plex Server. None of that worked, Private access is green, Public is red. I can’t attach the logs I downloaded as I’m new, but can’t make any sense of them. Any help would be appreciated.
