This isn’t something that only you guys are experiencing. This is now a well known problem with the last few PMS updates… we are all waiting for the Plex team to actually get remote access working properly. See just some of the other threads that all describe the same underlying issue recently:
same here, all my family is gettings disconnect over wan,
Android TV device problems.
Transcoder error problems.
Remote acces problems.
1 Year ago we haven’t got this problems, software seems to have lots of bugs.
Since I discovered that this problem happens to me when using uPNP, I’ve switched to manually specifying the port and I haven’t had a problem since (7 days ago)
I am also running Tautulli and I do see these PubSub “warnings” as well
Note that these are older logs:
Jul 11, 2018 21:28:04.625 [0x7fe9837f7700] WARN - NAT: UPnP, error mapping port 23297, error: Unknown Error, controlURL: http://192.168.1.253:56867/ctl/IPConn .

Sent the log just older than this one. Verified that I see connectivity=“1” and then it goes to 0 in that same log file.
So this is my issue. When enabling remote access I have no problem. I click ‘Enable Remote Access’, it connects and I get the message ‘Fully accessible outside your network’. I will then have remote access for a random amount of time, could be an hour, could be a day and then ‘Couldn’t connect to server’. I then have to log into the server locally and go to Settings \ Server \ Remote Access (which has the red exclamation mark icon now), click ‘Disable Remote Access’ and then click ‘Enable Remote…
So in my router in settings for IPv6, I don't really see an on/off item like I do with UPnP. What exactly do I do here? Attached is screenshot.
When I use canyouseeme.org, it can't see me on 32400 still.
I looked at the Windows Firewall thing, but Plex is already a rule in Windows Firewall. I am not running any other Firewall or AV software. Keep in mind, this all worked fine for two years until this last week.
And this is the Port Forwarding as it has been set up the whole time.
We are all hoping that the Plex team will actually sort this out and release an update so we can continue to use the Plex service properly…
