I have been using remote access for sometime, and I have been using it on my Shield for sometime as well. Suddenly, however I cannot use it, I try to listen to my music when at the gym or at work and…nothing. I go to the server settings and see that it is not available on my network which is odd, so I disable the feature and then re-enable it. It quickly will enable and then very quickly disable. Not to sure what the issue is.
I have the latest os on my Nvidia. I have a Nighthawk x6 router
I do have the log files and database if needed.
*** UPDATE ***
I was able to resolve this by unchecking the: Enable Support for IPv6 option and saving changes.
