I notice that when I access Plex server on my home network - on any device i use; or when i log in remotely, I have 720p or better screen resolution.

I accidentally logged to my son’s account and noticed that screen resolution was SD or worse. I checked that this is occuring whether on my home network or elsewhere. I checked the other accounts that I set up and found that they all stream at SD or worse screen resolutions.
I can’t figure out what setting i need to enable native resolution - or let the user downscale resolution as needed.

Any advice would be appreciated.
