Remote access seldom works off-network

Seems like Plex doesn’t give a rip about customer service. No support available ever. Remote access almost never works. Currently not at all off of home network. Just give up and get a refund on my plex pass? What’s the consensus?

Remote access not working is normally because you’re behind CG-NAT or have not mapped ports correctly, it’s not something that Plex has control over.
