Remote Access started to Fail after the update to Version 1.41.1.9057

The remote access to my server started to get unavailable after the recent update to server version 1.41.1.9057.
After pressing RETRY button it goes " Fully accessible outside your network"
But then after a few minutes it becomes "Unavailable

Also a weird thing I notice is that when playing movies remotely on my phone’s Chrome Browser the status is SECURE with the Green Lock icon. But if I use the Plex App on that same phone or from my TV’s plex app, it plays the same movie but with status as INDIRECT.
