I have tried every fix I can see on the forums and elsewhere. I get 10 secs of connection before says no access, or the access will stay green but the IP’s will become unknown for both. I also sometimes get all greens but no one is able to access remotely.
Running base Win10 with a clean install and UPnP enabled and I can see both ports being opened on my router.
Plex “optimistically” displays a green remote access status while it’s testing the connection status.
If it’s switching to red after a few seconds (sometimes that up to 1-2 minutes), it means you don’t have a working remote access to start with.
In your case, it looks like your router gets a proper and routable IPv4 address. However when testing, Plex’s backend seems to fail to connect/find the server (as per the error message you’ve posted above).
Can you confirm the first section of that address matches your public IP address (46.64.53.68) and 11468 is the port you’ve configured for remote access (assuming you have)?
Personally I prefer using a manual port forward over relying on UPnP.
The IP is correct and I’m not in a double NAT situation. UPnP has the right port as well, I’ve tried the default and alternative ports manually forwarded but I get the same outcome,
canyouseeme also says the port is open
Edit: When retrying it can also hang and seem to ping for a token, log attached for that behaviour as well Plex Media Server.log (1.8 MB)
